We offer a range of technical support both for hardware and software issues, Mac or PC. Our workshop is open all through the week Monday to Friday, while you’re always welcome to simply stop by we can be very busy at times so when possible please do call ahead and we can pencil you in. Otherwise if its an urgent issue feel free to drop us a line or stop by in person and we’ll always make time to address whatever issues you’re facing.

Free Standard Assessments
We offer a free basic assessment with every repair carried out at our workshop. In some cases if an issue is identified as being more complex we may require an advanced diagnostic fee which is payable only if subsequently you choose not to go ahead with any other service.
Various factors can determine the cost effectiveness of a repair, and should we believe a particular repair or service is not of a cost benefit to you we'll always keep you informed of this and where possible offer alternative solutions. While we repair and service a wide range of hardware we also understand that transparency in the work we do is equally valuable to our clients.
24-48 Hour Standard Assessment
In most cases we complete repair and upgrade assessments within 24-48 hours, we then provide you a no obligation quote for the required service and where parts are available with our UK based suppliers we typically can complete a repair or upgrade the same day as receiving any required components.
In some cases we may need to order a part from overseas where typically we may have to wait upto 20 days to receive a component. We'll always keep you advised through the course of a repair and we'll always offered expedited options where available.
