When you outgrow Essential (typically past 5 or 6 devices, or when your usage patterns change), we'll suggest moving to Business Pro. There's no penalty for switching mid-year.
Additional Endpoint Protection licences are available. If you're consistently past 5 or 6 devices, Business Pro is usually a better fit.
Essential covers laptops and desktops. Mobile devices and servers are typically Business Pro territory, but tell us your setup and we'll advise.
Essential is business-hours support (9 to 5, weekdays). For critical out-of-hours coverage, Business Pro or Business Unlimited is a better fit.
