Call Out Tech Support - Repairs, Upgrades & Diagnostics direct to your desk

We know some tech problems need to be solved on site, that might mean expanding a WiFi network or an in situ hardware upgrade to a desktop workstation. Whatever the problem, we offer on site support throughout the week 10am-7pm at a fixed hourly for any location within the North / South Circular. (*for other locations please get in touch and we can confirm a first hour fee inclusive of milage fee's)

Our technicians are platform independent and happy to work with both Mac and PC environments and a range of technologies from MIDI input devices to long range out-door WiFi.

We aim to in most cases complete assessment and repair on-site during the same visit, however on some occasions the particular's of a problem can mean only the initial diagnostic can be completed. For more critical issues it may also be necessary to carry out repairs at our workshop, in these cases we will either issues a reduced "diagnostic only" charge for the call out session or in the event of follow up workshop work a "workshop transfer credit" with a discount applied to the final workshop service fee. Call Out Rates

For all call out home user services with the North / South circular we charge a single fixed rate hourly fee with no additional or hidden fees.

One of our technicians will conduct you prior to the call out in order to gather some additional details about the nature of the repair or service. Computers come in many shapes and sizes, and although many parts are standardised we simply cannot stock every possible part. For this reason we may on occasion request to reschedule your requested booking in order to order specific parts or hardware as may be required to complete a repair sufficiently.

Home Call Out FAQ

No, unfortunately its simply not possible to make such guarantees however we make every effort to ensure our call out services are conducted smoothly, this includes advanced contact with you prior to the call out and in the event of any issues during the repair our technicians are authorised to offer either a discounted “diagnostic only” in instances when its not been possible to complete a repair but an issue has been identified successfully, if you then wish to go ahead with a repair our technician can either schedule with you directly a repeat visit or we also offer a workshop transfer credit whereby completion of a diagnosed issue is carried out at our workshop with a partial credit applied from the initial call out charge.

We service and support all modern, ancient and professional MFP printer devices. Strangely despite ever advancing technology printers continue to sometimes simply not want to work right, between lousy manufacturer support or outdated drivers the issues can be frustrating but our technicians are always here to help.

Yes, our technicians are skilled with various applications ranging from simple document editing in Word to PhotoShop or editing and launching a small website.

In most cases our technicians can offer introductory 1 hour sessions for most software applications, however for some more unique applications we may only be able to offer guided assistance based on knowledge from dissimilar software, in these cases we’re happy to assert the limitations we may encounter prior to a booking.
