To book an appointment with us either for remote assistance, workshop hardware repairs or emergency on-site support please use the booking calendar below.

Once your booking has been placed one of our technicians will get in touch to confirm the details and time.

In these unprecedented times we are committed to supporting local businesses and working professionals however for none urgent issues we are currently unable to respond at this time.

For hardware repairs and services requiring workshop visits ALL CUSTOMER MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. This requirements assists us in to maintain social distancing and to allow us the appropriate time to prepare and minimise contact during a visit and process each incoming or outgoing hardware item safely.

Due to the nature of the current crisis we have suspended all non critical services – if an IT issue is having a significant negative effect on income, business or well being we are understand these to be critical criteria and are available for support. 

If you have symptoms or are living with a person who may have contracted COVID-19 we ask that you DO NOT visit us in person. For critical hardware support we can arrange a courier collect and return service and will process any hardware via a sterilisation process upon receipt and prior to dispatch.
