Not every problem needs a technician to be physically present and we're always happy to offer remote support whenever its convenient and appropriate for the task. We offer remote support for both break-fix un-contracted new clients and at significantly lower rate for our Managed IT parter clients.
Break / Fix IT
If you need urgent IT support or just looking to get a few things straightened out and not sure whats best, we can assist with IT support issues from minor annoyances to critical infrastructure failure. For this sort of non contractual support most cases can be responded too within 48h and we operate a 5+1 days per week calendar.
For businesses or working professionals that need a guaranteed level of support and response to IT issues great and small, we offer a managed IT service that suits most small companies up to 20 users, with 20 computers and the server and printers to go with it.
